River Ruckus 2021 – Volunteer Roles

We need your help at River Ruckus 2021!

It takes a lot of help to make Team Haverhill’s River Ruckus a success!   If you can pitch in some time on the day of the festival – we would be very grateful!  Below is a description of some of the many tasks and roles that we need volunteer assistance with this year.  After reviewing, please click here to sign-up as a volunteer for River Ruckus 2021!

Set-up Trash Boxes – Fold, assemble and set-up large, cardboard trash boxes, attach a Team Haverhill promo flyer, line with bags, and place cans in designated areas.

Sea Creature Touch Tank (Haul Out) – Help carry the sea creature containers up the alley to Washington Street for loading.

Walking Tour Chaperone – Help direct attendees to walking tour start point, ensuring groups make it from one point to the next without separating while the guide focuses on “the tour talk” itself.

Trash Can Patrol – Check designated trash boxes, remove bags and put in designated areas, set-up new bag, report issues.

Port-a-Potty Patrol – Spot check Port-a-Potties for toilet paper stock and usability, report issues.
